❖ For 10-19 years old adolescent living with HIV (CLHIV)
• Weekend program arranged for this program
• Adolescent group formed(14 different groups available)
• Peer leaders assigned to facilitate and coordinate the program
• The group has playing time like keyboard, getter, table tennis and chaise and also has refreshment.
• Healthcare workers assigned and daily education given per scheduled program
• ART refilling, Viral load determination and comprehensive care given
• Adolescents completed the learning curriculum will graduated from the program
