Quality Policy

• BHL management is committed to the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO 15189:2012, and national and international regulations on good laboratory practice. It is therefore the responsibility of all personnel to become fully familiar with this policy and all documents of the Quality Management System.
• The laboratory endeavors to continually improve its QMS through the review of the quality policy statement, and quality objectives during the annual management review.

Activities so far done

• Our Laboratory performs 209, 262 tests annually in 2022 G.C
• Our laboratory is accredited with molecular Biology (Genexpert Test) on Feb 17, 2022G.C.
• The accreditation of the test is maintained during Follow up assessment
• Our Laboratory participated on world accuracy EQA schemes every Quarter and the score were 94% in the First Quarter and 95 % in Second Quarter which is above standard (>80% )
• Our Laboratory Performs IQC for all tests done in our laboratory
